Ingredients
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 1 dash Spices, pepper, black
- 2 tablespoon Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 1 serving 1 container CAMPBELL'S Low Sodium Soups, Chicken Broth
- 0.24 1 tsp Crushed red pepper flakes
- 3 cloves Garlic, raw
- 16 1 oz Broccoli Raab
- 0.24 cup Cheese, parmesan, dry grated, reduced fat
- 12 1 oz Linguine, Uncooked
Instructions
- Cook linguine as per the package directions.
- Trim broccoli rabe stems to ½ inch. Discard damaged or coarse leaves.
- Rinse broccoli rabe stems in cold water and set aside.
- Saute garlic for 1-2 minutes in a large skillet. Add broccoli rabe, chicken broth, pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Now bring the mixture to boil.
- Now reduce heat and continue cooking broccoli rabe until it is tender.
- After draining linguine add it into the pan.
- Add parsley and chicken broth and stir well.
- Sprinkle cheese over the dish and serve immediately.
