Ingredients
- 1 cup, sliced Apples, raw, golden delicious, with skin
- 0.5 cup Peach, Unsweetened
- 1 extra large Strawberries, raw
- 1 container Yogurt, Greek, plain, nonfat
- 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 cup Milk, reduced fat, fluid, 2% milkfat, without added vitamin A and vitamin D
Instructions
- Chop the peach and apple in small pieces.
- Put the peach, apple, strawberries, Greek yogurt, milk and protein powder into the blender.
- Blend for 30 seconds until smooth and creamy.
- Pour in a glass and drink.
