Ingredients
- 0.52 unit Onion, red, raw
- 0.52 cup Mayonnaise, low sodium, low calorie or diet
- 1 tbsp, chopped Basil, fresh
- 1 oz Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned
- 0.24 cup Cheese, parmesan, dry grated, reduced fat
- 2 medium whole Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
- 0.24 cup Salad dressing, italian dressing, reduced calorie
- 5 4 Oz Skinless Boneless Chicken Breast
Instructions
- Set the oven temperature to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Mix cheese with mayonnaise in a bowl.
- Arrange chicken on a baking sheet and top it with mayonnaise mixture.
- Now sprinkle it with bread crumbs.
- Then bake the chicken until it is sufficiently cooked.
- Mix the remaining ingredients (tomatoes, red onion, basil leaves and Italian dressing) in a bowl.
- Use bruschetta mixture for topping the chicken just before serving.
