Food that is high in protein, carbohydrate and good fat is necessary in building muscles. But at the same time it should not be boring and dull. The one that comes out good is worthy to share with my fellow body builders. ‘Baked chicken and mushrooms roll’ is one of them. As you all know that baking is always a healthier method of cooking. See how a dull chicken breast turns into a mouth – watering rolls.

- 1 x tbsp Spices, dill weed, driedozPer serving 0 g protein 1g carbs 0 g fat
- Lemon juice, rawozPer serving 0 g protein 0g carbs 0 g fat
- 1 x cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plainozPer serving 7 g protein 39g carbs 3 g fat

Instructions
- Flat the chicken breast with the help of a rolling pin; pound it to make a thin layer that can be rolled up nicely.
- Cook the mushrooms on low heat with white wine, lemon juice and dill.
- Simmer the mushrooms until dry. Now let the mixture cool for some time.
- Take the flatten chicken breast, spread mushroom mixture on it and tightly roll them up, seal them with the help of a toothpick.
- Dip the chicken rolls in the milk and coat them nicely with bread crumbs.
- Bake the coated chicken rolls in the oven for 30-40 minutes on 350 degree.
- Enjoy baked mushrooms and chicken rolls.
