Instructions

  • Set the oven temperature to 475 degrees Celsius.
  • In a small bowl, stir in Parmesan cheese, pepper and bread crumbs.
  • Take another bowl and place egg whites in it.
  • Into the bowl containing egg whites dip zucchini slices and coat them using breadcrumb mixture.
  • Now place the zucchini slices over a greased baking sheet.
  • Bake the slices in an oven for 5 minutes. Then turn them over and continue baking for another 5 minutes or until they become crispy and brown.
  • Serve immediately.
