Instructions

  • Set the oven temperature to 375 degrees Fahrenheit / 190 degrees Celsius. Then spray a baking tray with little cooking spray.
  • Once the Brussels sprouts have been trimmed, cut each of them into half. Now place the trimmed Brussels sprouts on a baking tray. Add 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, olive oil and garlic to it.
  • Roast the Brussels sprouts for about 10 minutes at the set oven temperature. Continue to roast for 10 more minutes.
  • Transfer the sprouts into a serving bowl. Add the remaining balsamic vinegar and combine well.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper according to taste and serve immediately.
