Instructions

  • Take a big bowl and add crabmeat, chopped capers, cilantro, spring onions, egg, lemon zest, ginger and salt.
  • Add bread crumbs -use as much bread crumbs as needed for the binding.
  • Mix and knead by using your hand and make balls or round patties with the mixture.
  • Heat enough oil in the pan for frying, when it is hot fry the balls in small batches until golden brown from all side.
  • Serve with lemon wedges and healthy dip.
