Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to the desired temperature
  • Take a large bowl. Add pepper, salt, basil, garlic, vinegar, olive oil, sun-dried tomatoes and roma tomatoes. Mix well. Set it aside for 10 minutes
  • Take the baguette and cut it into ¾-inch slices. Place all these slices on a baking sheet. Broil the slices for a few minutes or until they turn light brown
  • Spread the tomato mixture evenly across the slices. Then top these slices with mozzarella cheese
  • Again broil the slices for a few more minutes so that the cheese is melted
  • Serve hot
