Instructions

  • Take a loaf pan (9*5). Spray it with cooking spray and set it aside.
  • Take a medium sized bowl. Add protein powder, quick oats, crispy rice cereal and oat flour into it and mix thoroughly. Set the mixture aside.
  • In a small pan that is placed on medium heat, add honey and peanut butter. Keep stirring the mixture until peanut butter is melted and has mixed perfectly with honey.
  • Now remove this mixture from heat and add it to the dry mixture. Until all the ingredients are fully mixed keep stirring.
  • Now pour the final mixture on to the load pan. Spread this mixture evenly on the pan using a spatula.
  • Once the mixture is spread evenly, place it in the fridge and allow it to cool for at least 30 minutes. You can then start cutting the mixture into bars.
  • Mix together the protein powder, oatmeal, peanut butter, honey and milk
