Instructions

  • Cut 30 pieces (1-inch each) of halibut filet. Then cut 30 thin slices of lemons crosswise.
  • In the meantime, soak in bay leaves and bamboo skewers in the water for at least half an hour. Thread each of the skewers with a lemon slice, a halibut filet and bay leaf. They spray little olive oil over them and sprinkle black pepper and salt.
  • Now grill kebabs for at least 2-3 minutes per side and serve immediately.
