Instructions
- Heat the grill to a set temperature.
- Cut the onion wedges into 2 pieces of equal length. Now pierce the 2 onion pieces, 2 cherry tomatoes and 3 okra pods alternatively onto each of 8 skewers.
- Combine garlic, red pepper, water, salt, black pepper and olive oil in a bowl and brush this mixture over the skewers.
