Instructions

  • Add sea salt, chili powder and zest in a large bowl. Then add shrimps into this mixture and toss so that they are evenly coated. Now keep the bowl in refrigerator for at least half an hour.

  • Then on a medium-flame place the grill.
  • Now place the skewers on the grill and keep changing their position so that the peppers and shrimps become slightly charred.
  • After removing shrimps and pepper from the skewers serve it with sauce.
