Instructions

  • In a clean bowl add tuna, egg, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, celery and onion. Also add salt and crushed black pepper as per your taste.
  • Mix it nicely until it starts holding together. Make the Patties from this mixture; try to make it round with the help of your palm.
  • In a non-stick pan heat some olive oil; cook the patties over medium heat until it becomes crispy and brown from both sides. It will take about 2 minutes per side.
  • When your patties are done put them aside.
  • Now take your burger bun and cut them half, slightly toss them in the pan with olive oil from the both sides.
  • On the bottom half of the bun, spread some lettuce leaves, place your Pattie on it and top it with tomato slices and other half of the bun.
