Instructions

  • Cut tomatoes in cubes (around 0.5 cm * 0.5cm, or quarter inch cubes)
  • Cut the garlic in very small pieces and add together with the olive oil in a bowl, leave it for a couple of minutes
  • Slice the baguette (or any other bread you have) in bite size slices
  • Rub the bread slices with the garlic/oil mixture and add a dash of salt on top of each baguette/bread slice
  • Put bread in a grill oven until slightly crisp and gold on top
  • Add tomato cubes on top and sprinkle with some salt and add a good dash of pepper
  • Buon appetito!
