Instructions

  • Take a large bowl and combine sugar and berries in it. Use the back of the spoon to mash them until juices seep out.
  • Take another bowl and mix lemon zest, vanilla, triple sec, sugar and yogurt in it. Now mix cookies and yogurt mixture with blueberries.
  • Then use a rubber spatula to work around the blueberries through the yogurt.
  • Transfer the contents into a glass and serve immediately.
