Instructions
- Take a large bowl. Add red wine vinegar, tomato sauce, olive oil and the garlic and stir well.
- Season the above mixture with cayenne pepper, salt and basil
- Then add shrimps into the bowl and stir slowly so that the shrimps get a uniform cover
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate it for at least an hour
