Instructions

  • Place a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil in it. Cook the mushrooms in it for about 3 minutes.
  • Once the mushrooms are sufficiently cooked, add bay leaves, thyme, garlic, lemon zest and juice. Stir in the ingredients.
  • Now pour the remaining oil and season it using salt and pepper.
  • Transfer the contents into a bowl and allow it to cool.
  • Serve immediately.
