Instructions

  • Add pineapple chunks, sugar and milk in a food processor. Blend all the ingredients such that you get a smooth mixture, with small pieces of pineapple remaining.
  • Transfer half the mixture in a separate bowl. Then combine the remaining mixture until it becomes smooth. Now transfer this into the bowl containing pineapple mixture.
  • Then slowly transfer the above mixture into the 8 paper cups or molds with wooden sticks inserted into them. Keep the molds in the fridge for at least 4 hours and serve.
