Instructions

  • Cook bacon in a pan over medium heat until it becomes crispy.
  • Keep the bacon aside, while reserving 1 ½ tsp of drippings for further use.
  • Add chicken broth to pan and simmer for a few minutes.
  • Add Brussels sprouts and continue to cook until they become tender. Sprinkle a little salt and black pepper and combine gently.
  • Sprinkle evenly with hazelnuts and sliced bacon. Serve hot.
