Instructions

  • Wash and devein the shrimps, boil with water for about 4-5 minutes. Drain and set aside to cool.
  • Take a bowl and combine shrimps, mango, lemon juice and zest, cilantro, red chili powder and salt. Mix well and leave to marinade for 30 minutes.
  • Peel and cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.
  • Take a serving plate and arrange salad green at the bottom. Place avocado on the salad and fill with the shrimp mixture.
  • Sprinkle some lemon juice on the top and serve.
