Tuna is quite healthy given that its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties are rich. This is made possible because tuna supplies a lot of trace minerals like zinc, manganese and vitamin C. Furthermore, consuming tuna regularly helps in regulating blood pressure levels, prevent clogging of blood vessels in your body, and reduce risks associated with diseases like renal cancer, prostate cancer and lower colon cancer. Tomatoes, another main ingredient used in this recipe, besides being low in calories is rich in vitamin C, potassium, folate, magnesium, niacin and thiamine.
