Instructions
- First up, place a few paper towels over a baking sheet.
- Cut a thin slice of tomato from its upper portion and do the same for the remaining tomatoes.
- Now slowly remove the tomato pulp and its seeds, leaving the tomato shells intact.
- Now combine pepper, thyme, olive oil, capers, parsley, olives and tuna in a bowl.
